CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through dynadaq.com, operated by DYNALABS MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1. The Buyer may request cancellation of an order before the product has been shipped.
1.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact details provided on dynadaq.com.
1.3. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined below.
2. RIGHT OF RETURN
2.1. For international orders, the right of return is subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
2.2. Where legally applicable, the Buyer may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.3. The product must be:

In a resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

4. RETURN PROCESS
4.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller via dynadaq.com and obtain return instructions.
4.2. Returned products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for safely packaging the product for international shipment.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. All return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. REFUND PROCESS
6.1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
6.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
6.3. Bank processing times may vary and are beyond the Seller’s control.
6.4. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
7.1. If the product arrives defective or damaged, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 7 days of delivery.
7.2. Clear photos or videos may be requested for evaluation.
7.3. After assessment, the Seller may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.
8. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If the Buyer refuses delivery of the shipment for any reason other than product defect, all shipping, return, and customs costs shall be deducted from the refund amount or the refund may be declined.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, international logistics disruptions, or customs restrictions.
