Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with the terms set forth below.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller’s website dynadaq.com.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The following details constitute the subject of this Agreement and are confirmed by the Buyer at the time of order:

All details are as stated in the order summary and invoice approved by the Buyer.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. Product prices are those listed on dynadaq.com at the time of purchase.
4.2. All sales are international sales originating from Turkey.
4.3. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods available on the website.
4.4. Any bank or payment provider fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
5.1. Products shall be delivered to the international shipping address provided by the Buyer.
5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, production time, and international logistics conditions.
5.3. Customs duties, import taxes, local fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
6.1. International sales are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
6.2. Where legally applicable, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and resalable.
6.3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, personalized items, special configurations, or software-based products.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
7.1. If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 7 days of receipt.
7.2. After evaluation, the Seller may offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or international transportation restrictions, shall be considered force majeure. Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to such events.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Buyer’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with KVKK and GDPR, solely for order processing, fulfillment, and delivery purposes. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices.
11. EFFECTIVE DATE
By placing an order on dynadaq.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
